Consultation:

This is designed for patients to meet the therapist and tour the facility.

The therapist will briefly discuss the patient’s problem, describe our approach, and how we will treat their issues. If desired, the therapist or patient can contact the doctor requesting a script to begin treatment.

Initial Evaluation:

The examiner will conduct a thorough evaluation of the patient's health history, perform a physical examination, and formulate a customized treatment plan for the patient. The patient will then be educated on the approach of the treatment and taught pain management strategies using exercise and ergonomic modification.
