Rebekah Bartush PT, DPT/Owner

Rebekah graduated from Midwestern State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in May 2018 where she received training and clinical experience in areas including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine, and outpatient orthopedics.
In 2023, Rebekah and her colleague, Brandi Hesse, purchased 903 Physical Therapy, bringing their shared vision of patient-centered care to the community. Rebekah enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic impairments, from joint replacements to running injuries and everything in between. She is trained in lymphedema management and certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, enabling her to provide specialized treatment tailored to her patients' needs.
Outside of her professional life, Rebekah loves to spend quality time with her husband, Bob, and their two sons, Roman and Rudy. She enjoys hiking, being outside, cooking with her husband, and giving back to her community.

Brandi- Brandi Hesse, PTA/Owner

Brandi Hesse is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant dedicated to helping patients reach their health and wellness goals. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Women’s University in 2018 and her PTA degree from Murray State College that same year. In 2023, she purchased 903 Physical Therapy with Rebekah Bartush. Before her career in physical therapy, Brandi worked as a Certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer and Weightlifting coach, beginning in 2013.
A proud Whitesboro native, Brandi graduated from Whitesboro High School in 2011 and loves giving back to her community. She enjoys exploring holistic approaches to health and wellness, and she’s passionate about helping patients achieve their physical therapy goals. Brandi also loves chatting with patients about their overall health and how to reach optimal wellness.
Outside of work, Brandi enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and gardening with her husband, Matt, and their two sons, Oliver and Eli.

Morgan Metzler, PT, DPT

Morgan graduated from Wayland Baptist University in 2020 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Exercise and Sport Science. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in December of 2022 from Hardin-Simmons University. Morgan's passion is treating pelvic health patients with a variety of symptoms including, but not limited to, urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, and perinatal conditions.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys getting outside to spend time with her husband, going to concerts, and reading.

Karen Holle - Patient Care Coordinator / Accounting & Billing Coordinator

Karen Holle, a Whitesboro native, joined the Grayson County Professionals team in 2002. Karen is the office manager for GCP providing vast knowledge of the insurance and reimbursement side of the business. She handles all insurance claims, preauthorization and payments.  Additionally, Karen handles all billing and scheduling of patient care. She stays current on Medicare rules and regulations and is able to help answer all insurance claim inquiries.

Karen and her husband, Rod, enjoy free time at their lake house, camping and fishing. Karen has two daughters, two wonderful sons-in- law and three very active grandsons.

Abby Bryan, PTA

Abby Bryan is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Murray State College in 2024. Originally from Gainesville, TX, she completed high school at Era High in 2019. Abby enjoys spending her free time with her fiancé, JD, traveling, and playing pickleball. Her passion for physical therapy stems from her belief that exercise is the best medicine. She is dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives through the healing power of movement and therapy.

Anne Hesse PTA

Anne Hesse graduated from Midwestern State University in 1988 with a bachelor degree in Health Fitness Management. She joined the Grayson County Professionals team in 1991 working with the industrial rehabilitation program. While working at Grayson County Professionals, Anne attended the Grayson-Collin County Physical Therapist Assistant program and graduated in 1998. She enjoys working with all ages and has experience treating the elderly, as well as the competitive young athlete.

Anne spends her free time working in her yard, traveling and reading, as well as spending time with her husband and family, including her grandchildren.

Faith Golleher, PT Tech

Faith Golleher joined 903 Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapy Tech after graduating from Tom Bean High School in 2022. She plays a key role in patient care by applying therapeutic modalities, guiding patients through their exercises, and assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks. Faith is known for her hard work and dedication to building meaningful relationships with the patients she works with.
In her free time, Faith loves spending time with her family, going to car shows with her dad, playing video games with her boyfriend, and going on adventures with her mom and grandmother.
