At 903 Physical Therapy there are a wide variety of different health plans that we accept.
We know that insurance can be confusing. As a courtesy to our patients, we will check your health benefits before you arrive to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.
Do you have any of these insurance plans? We’ve included most of the major plans we’re in-network with; however, this isn’t an all-inclusive list! Please call the office at (903) 564-4300 to verify other insurance plans.

No Surprises Act– Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
- Any patient who is uninsured—or who is insured but does not plan to use their insurance benefits to pay for the health care services you provide—should be provided a GFE.
- A GFE is not necessary at this time for a client or patient who is planning to use their insurance benefits to cover services you deliver.
The GFE provision does not apply if the client is a participant in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal healthcare programs. GFE is also not generally required for emergency services or services that cannot be scheduled in advance.
